Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned with purchase receipt within 30 days of domestic shipping date (U.S.) and 45 days for international shipping date (Non-U.S.) for full refund. The purchase price will be refunded in the medium of purchase (e-payment or money order). Unopened merchandise (CDs, DVDs, Games, Etc) can be returned for full refund. Opened items and defective items may be returned for exchange only. Periodicals, limited quantity items, Out-of-print collectibles and pre-owned items may not be returned. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.
